Who is Rükneddin Süleyman Shah?
He ruled from 1196 to 1204. Rukneddin Suleyman Shah, II. He is the son of Kılıç Arslan. His father commissioned him as the governor of Tokat and its environs. Despite his short reign, he is a ruler among the Seljuk sultans, who has done great services by unifying the power and the state.
