Delivery and Return Conditions


Regardless of the product you have chosen anywhere in Turkey; 

1- Delivery is made in 3 business days. (Except disaster conditions).

2- Delivery time in Istanbul is less than 24 hours.

3- In order for us to not have problems in delivery, you must provide your address and contact phone number correctly.

4- Your cargo is free.

Our products are under the warranty of the manufacturer or importer and each brand's own warranty terms apply.

How long is the return period?

In general, you can return the products you purchased by maintaining the resalability of the product, and without destroying them, opening the package or using an activation number, within seven (7) days from the delivery date .

What are the return terms?

Below you can find the exact items you need to return your products. Product returns are not accepted if any of these are missing.

. Items must be returned within 7 days, must be delivered complete and undamaged, including box, packaging, and activation code. However, in some categories, due to the nature of products and services, different return conditions may apply. The return conditions at the bottom of each product page that differ from the general return conditions shall take precedence. The product will be processed on the day we receive. The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account is at the discretion of your bank. Credit card refunds are credited to the account within 1 - 3 weeks, and payments made by wire transfer are credited to the account within 1 week. 

How do I return it?

To return a product purchased on, contact us at  with the receipt and product activation number. We will be paying the shipping cost of the product and you can send the product to the specified address within 7 days with its packaging and contents intact.

Follow Your Orders ...! Orders placed online from our website are checked periodically every day and within certain hours during the day within the specified time tolerance . Orders placed after 17:00 are evaluated the next day. Order transfer is carried out in parallel with alternative methods. The order information you submit to us via our order form is saved in our database except for your credit card information and is additionally transmitted to both our workplace and our service provider via e-mail. Our database and e-mail boxes are periodically checked by us and our service provider against any problems that may occur in the database or e-mail systems. If our order system cannot send your order to us due to any problem, you will be informed of the situation during your order.
